NYS Sexual Harassment Training Webinars

Benetech's Simple Sexual Harassment Training

Because you shouldn't have to take out a loan to get compliant

With recent regulatory changes, by October 9, 2019 all NYS employers, both public and private, must complete sexual harassment prevention training for their employees. Training must be renewed annually, with new hires being trained "as quickly as possible" upon hiring.

In response, Benetech has developed a simple and affordable training package to help employers get compliant, and stay compliant.

How it Works

Your package provides you with ongoing access to Benetech's on-demand online webinars for completing your sexual harassment training.

1. Enroll your company by completing the form on this page

2. Receive your custom company webinar registration page

3. Direct employees to the registration page

Run time for the training is approximately 42 minutes, and is available on-demand. Upon completion, each attendee will receive a completion certificate for your records. In addition, each month we'll provide you with a list of attendees that have completed the course, with further feedback on employee engagement and participation. As new hires join your team, hiring managers can either enroll employees or have new hires register themselves to complete their initial training.

If you have a workforce that's on-the-go or with limited access to a computer, participants can even complete their training from their mobile device or tablet.

Whether each employee registers and attends independently, or you broadcast the training for a group at your office, you get the interactive training solution you need to comply with state requirements and foster a culture of dignity and respect in your office.

For further information or to start a free trial access to the training, please contact Jason Barnes.

We also offer ongoing overview webinars to address your questions and allow you to preview the training.
